By accessing and using Estia's property management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Estia's services for personal and commercial property management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Estia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Estia or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
